Yes. Suppliers can create a free profile, complete their assessment and share it with clients.
Essentials supports up to 30 suppliers and 1 admin user. Standard supports 80 suppliers and 3 admin users. Pro supports 200 suppliers and 5 admin users. Enterprise supports 750 suppliers and 10 admin users. Talk to Sales about the right fit for your programme.
Yes. Every core plan includes Supplier Risk Workflows, Continuous Monitoring, the Network Visualisation Tool, Product Level Answers, Emerging Threats, the Open API and Custom Labels & Policies.
Advanced Reporting is included in Pro and Enterprise. Integrations are included in Enterprise.
A customer success manager (CSM) is included in Standard, Pro and Enterprise. For Essentials, a CSM is an optional add-on purchased separately.
Essentials includes self-service customer success and email and chat support, with a CSM add-on available. Standard includes named customer success support and email and chat support. Pro includes named customer success support and priority email and chat support. Enterprise includes senior customer success support and a dedicated support manager.
Accelerated Onboarding is an add-on for Pro and Enterprise. It includes bulk invites, data mapping and specialist workshops.
ESG, Financial Risk and Government are separate add-on modules, not included core features. Pro and Enterprise include support for these domains, but not the modules themselves. Domain support is optional for Essentials and Standard. Ask Sales to include the required support and modules in your quote.
